Problem
Financial-service applications often bring multiple products, services, and user journeys into a single interface, making it difficult for users to understand their options and navigate the experience seamlessly. The challenge was to simplify complex financial information while making key services and interactions easier to discover and use.
Solution
I worked on redesigning and refining key experiences within the ABCD platform, focusing on information hierarchy, navigation, visual communication, and interaction design. The solutions aimed to make financial services easier to understand, improve discoverability, and create a more consistent and intuitive digital experience for users.
